Borrador para dar solución a los trabajadores de la ley humanitaria

Matias Ortiz
Humanitarian law
1.- Hello, my name is Matias Ortiz and I am going to introduce my group consisting of Jorge Moscoso, David Paucar, Juan Idrovo, Daniel Vanegas and myself.
FIRST
what is humanitarian law?
It is a law that establishes benefits that alleviate the pressures of paying for basic services and leasing. President Lenin Moreno has approved this law, the humanitarian law has entered into force.
but this law, apart from helping, has given a great blow to the public sector, with several layoffs and a great decrease in basic wages.

Humanitarian Support law
Hi, my name is Juan David and I will talk to you a little about humanitarian law.
This law consists of a series of solidarity measures for social relief to better carry out the quarantine and avoid possible layoffs of workers. The main objective is to reactivate production to increase the economy in the country and lower private educational pensions. Work is being done to reach an agreement between the company and the workers and lower taxes on electrical service.
The law excludes contributions from employees and companies to fight the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus.
Benefits posed by the Humanitarian Law
-The Rates cannot go up
-Payments may be in installments
-Rate is reduced for more sensitive sectors
 -Buts in services are prohibited
-Tenants cannot be evicted

SOLUCIONES
  1. Vanegas: For me a great solucion would be do a day without vat after, this lockdown pass away, this would restart the economy of the country without a significative loss, this solution has been used in another country, but it was when they were in lockdown so it was very dangerous for people healths. so in my solution i think that its necessary to wait for the end of lockdown
  2. Paucar:Well in the first instance for my way of thinking they should regulate the working hours of the workers especially in the field of medicine because they are saving lives and if they are working for a long time their physical and mental state will wear out but it should be for percentages for example: If they are reduced by two hours the salary is reduced by 20% and this is determined by the type of work of each person.
  3. Moscoso: I think, It would be necessary to have a control with the employers and workers at the same time, taking into account that it is necessary to inject a respective support salary, this support salary refers to having a loan, giving money to the workers and to the employers who were affected Because of this humanitarian law, having borrowed money, they can subsist, a clear example of decline, are the bars, since they are not approved to work due to the health emergency, their salary drops dramatically and they have no way to inject themselves with the economy by failing to work, in this case this money loan would be useful.
